Still getting crash error, even changed the HD, no "fix" seems to work, guess covid got into the ps4

Update.
I took my ps4 apart and used a brand new paintbrush to loosen all the dust inside, then I vacuumed it, since then the ps4 hasn't given the error. Coincidence or fix ? Lol.

Thank you so much!! Omg I bought Hitman because I was trying to catch up before Hitman 3 comes out (2021) and the minute I downloaded it.. It said “An error has occurred.” I even deleted it and re downloaded it but was still experiencing the same issue. Once I did the instructions in this video the game is working!! Another video said to go to Account Management in settings and then click Restore Licenses. I’m trying this before I try to rebuild the database. I’ve had this error on Fallout 4, Metro Redux, and Apex over the years. Only pops up rarely.

Edit: I’ve been using the same console for 6 years. Turned out my hard drive went bad so I replaced it with an SSD. The Samsung 860 EVO is the moves if you’re trying to prolong the lifespan of your PS4 for the time being. It runs faster, quieter, and never crashes. My main advice would be upgrade to the PS5 when you have the funds though. Good luck gents

I am new to PS4 (just bought on 14 Nov 2020) and I am getting this error past 1 week. I have tried everything like rebuild data, Full initialize, restore license, lower video output, re-sign in, re-starting. everything. after this I come to now that this pandemic is happening all over the world.

Believe me this is not hardware or game issue. this is PS4 Update patch issue. Sony is very busy for marketing and manufacturing of PS5 and trying to resolve cyberpunk CE 34878 error.

You cannot fix it you have to delete the whole entire application from the system software that means refresh your PS4 factory settings brand new for the Severson ever come back into your game it still stays on the system's history error occurred 2020 oh boy yourself getting the error code could you cannot clear it in the system it stays there in history
