They have no ideea how many accidents can be avoid if they will have a single small screen somewhere to write down detailed reason of each alarm. Not vague issue like "airplane not ready for take off", but also exact details like "airplane not ready for take off because this switch is off" or "pressure system not engaged". I doubt in the computers age they still canot do this.

No body was flying it . Hypoxia killed them all . Plane was on AUTO mode, There fore It cruised till, ran out of fuel and boom...
