I always do it w new glasses

You have to be very very careful. And you only bend the pads not the whole glasses.

Like act like you want to break the pads, so you're less likely to break the middle part.

Thanks for this. I didnt need a more drastic frames adjustment just to fix it. Worked instantly. But I guess it's only really effective if you have that ridge on your nose bridge for the glasses to sit on.

Ask for Asian fit glasses if you have glasses that constantly slide down your nose or rest on your cheeks. Oakley brand has Asian fit glasses, truly life changing not having to constantly hike my glasses up cause they slip down to the edge of my nose or feeling the glasses rub on my cheeks.
