How to Adjust Your Eyewear - If your glasses are sliding down your face, try adjusting them at home. We do not recommend doing this adjustment in replacement of an eyewear professional. This adjustment only applies to acetate frames.

This is so stupid. You can damage your lens by blowing hot air at the lens... You should remove the lens or just immerse the frame in hot water (the lens stay out)
