Frank is a honey badger in human form. And this channel is the most educational while entertaining for martial artists.

I freakin' loved Jon Bernthal's portrayal of Frank Castle. 10/10 Best Punisher ever.

The stunt coordinator for the show, Eric Linden was on Corridor Crew´s "Stunt performer react" series and did a breakdown for the fight scenes.
He said that they designed the fights to as brutal & realistic as possible.
Basically, the Punisher doesn´t do flashy moves but goes for "maximum damage".
Jon Bernthal did most of the fight scenes himself and even got injured his hand but kept going, according to Eric.

11:34 "I hope this guy doesn't have any communicable diseases". I was actually thinking this while watching this show. Castle gets covered in so much of other people's blood, often with exposed wounds himself.

I love the Punisher, I love John Bernthal, I love fight scenes and I love the gym, so this scene is just perfect. Great breakdown, Doc

I'm a Marine and I love the Punisher, big surprise. I will say if you ever find yourself in a fight, the fight is on. Nothing is off limits. There's no such thing as a fair fight, only winners and losers.

Fun Fact: Frank Castle never takes pain medication for his constant pain and daily new wounds as he believes that they would slow him down and would enable his opponents to get the better of him.

As someone who has had a severe head trauma resulting in 3 skull fractures and multiple blood clots on the brain necessitating surgery to save my life, this episode was all too painfully real to me.

To the point of frank having harder bones because of how much he gets hurt, in the comics his training doesn't only consist of fighting and maintaining physique, it also consists of getting hit to harden his body and tolerate pain.

I wonder if Franks continued exposure to harm and danger may have also grown an instinct in him to not stiffen up to much when getting hurt.

i never cringed watching this show. not once. all the blood, violence, anger, never once cringed. until you broke it down and taught me exactly what breaks and how fast when one gets hit by the Punisher. i dont think i’ve ever cringed so much in one video. this is a masterpiece

Frank really likes the knee as a target. I suppose it makes sense. It is a easy target on enemy’s that do not focus on that area, which plenty o folk dont do. And it is highly fulnerable

Having had tears of the meniscus, and both sets of cruciate ligaments, this hits hard. Like this isn't just immediate care, this is long term damage. And it adds. Up.

What sets this channel apart from other channels is that Doc only loosely maintains professionalism on camera, he’s funny as hell, and he’s fairly up-to-date on current trends. That bit with the tier list got me good lmfao.

Good shit, Doc.

I'd like to think that in the MCU, there's all sorts of new trauma and death related acronyms thanks to superheroes. Death by Punisher or DBP would be one of the highest body counts.

Dr Kris is so Kross, His Angle and Low Downs of the complexities of medicine and modern life inflated creations are Phenomenal. This is the way medicine should be taught. Educational Yet Entertaining!
