This is the story of the Exotic Weapon that only one player owns in the world! This is a story full of community, friendship, love, overcoming, and adversity. This is a story about the Destiny Community and the Fate of All Fools! An exotic weapon that was supposed to come out in the future, but after hearing BKBunny's story on reddit about her husband Erics Brain surgeries, Deej and the rest of Bungie sent Eric his very own weapon! This weapon would later evolve into two different paths, the Jade Rabbit and the No Time to Explain. They would honor the weapon Eric received with the perk of the Jade Rabbit with the name "The Fate of All Fools" This is a perfect story about the exotic weapon that only one player owns in Destiny.

I like how Eric got the gun and Bunny was jealous, then the Jade Rabbit came out for everyone with the same perks. Bunny got her matching gun and it was named after her and her 'jaded' mentality when Fate of all Fools appeared.

I appreciate you covering this story man, lost my best friend in the start of Destiny he lived just long enough to get through half of Vault of Glass and then cancer claimed him in December that year we most of our close friends mustered on week to week carrying on his legacy but we still have that Clan today forever saved with him there with us. Today I have hundreds of Raid Clears between both the Destiny games and each time I dedicate a clear to his memory he was after all the reason why I purchased Destiny. And the same with most our friends to support him in a time where he didn’t have the energy to leave the house let alone get out of bed.

Hey Evan, I wanna say thank you, I'm IRL friends with Eric and BKbunny, I've been solid friends with the guy since we had 7th grade social studies class together, Love the guy. I remember when this all happened and I remember them telling me all about this gun. Believe me or not, that's fine, I just wanted to say thank you for making this, it always warms my heart when I see this gets brought up, it's the reason I will ALWAYS support Destiny, for helping one of my closest friends to recover from everything. If anybody is curious, Eric is alive and well and doing good, , Military stationed me on the opposite coast from him, but I stay in contact and make sure to visit. I remember this story back in high school, getting used to the game and ranking up to level 20. I have to say that Bungie took their time to give the exotic to only him and send a care package was so wholesome. The community was even more wholesome, offering him help in the raid. Destiny Community has always been good
