Tbh Humans haven't been able to make significant achieve in cosmetics while such procedures are still so restrictive and complex. There should be advance methods as one I saw about on quora which briefly described how it could be done without surgeries using combination of stem cells and gene therapy. Utopia is pipe dream unless people don't have abilities to modify their physical attributes without much difficulties

The discrimination is too real and people find it hilarious to see someone suffer for being short or even average height. The gaslighting by these same people telling you to just be more confident keeps you blind and naive your whole life. Not to mention extra anxious that your behavior or attitude is being scrutinized way more than your taller peers. It’s a big joke and this surgery puts an end to that pain forever. Very much worth it imo.
