Unbelievable brother, whatever you do, you do it with a breath of fresh air. we got these rings about 2 years ago and searched youtube for ideas and i have to say this video is better than any of the videos we have found. highly recommend this for anyone starting . Thank you and God bless.

I've had double shoulder surgery myself... as a result, I too have a set of rings in the house. The ceilings in our cabin are high and open, so there's lots of room for rings and an arial silk hammock for the girls. That's a good routine you have. I like to do pull ups and push ups in my rings. The instability factor really changes the push up. I'm in better shape now than when I was in the army... go figure.

I'm 74 years old and purchased my first set of gymnastic rings two weeks ago. I'm not able to do a pull-up yet. But I immediately found so many other things to do while I'm working on that. The stretches you demonstrated are terrific. My back hasn't felt this good in a long time. And in just these few days I feel stronger in ways I haven't felt for quite a while. I'm active in other ways but adding rings exercises has been inspiring and fun. I've hung the rings outside in my backyard. When I get up in the morning, I take my dog out and then go to the rings. It feels great! Later in the day I do more stretches and also add strength exercises. Thank you! I also have an interest in what you've shown in your other videos so now I'm a Subscriber.

That's cool. I just added rings to my homemade 'salmon ladder studio'. I need to lengthen them up to more resemble yours so I can have more variety in exercise. Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work!

Great video, you just inspired me to get some rings. I’ve been wanting them for a long time, and I know I’m strong enough now to get some good use out of them.

Holy heck, you are in fabulous form! Despite the shoulder injury. Amazing. This is surely one of your best videos. My body is just as fit as yours (OK, kidding, kidding....) but I think I'll try and put rings just outside in the forest here. I will never be able to use them the way you do but they look like fun anyway! The yurt looks really good too. Love to you all.

Ive been wanting to get rings for a LONG time and finally got some. Since I've been going calisthenics for about 6 months now I already had a good bit of strength so I was able to get on the rings without a whole lot of shaking. But they made exercises like dips and push ups SO much harder. The next day my chest was extremely sore. Rings are just awesome! They're definitely one of my favorite tools for building strength with bodyweight

I've been looking to get a pullup bar to put in my new apartment, but I think I'll end up getting some rings instead! It seems like rings are more versatile and easier to install than a pullup bar would be, plus it looks like a lot of fun. Great video, thanks for sharing. I would be interested in seeing more videos like this in the future.

I love this series. Today's video had something for everyone. Please continue to include warm up exercises in every video. ... After being bed bound for so long, the warm ups are my workout, hehehe. 😆. 💜🌞🌵

That was cool, you have some interesting little routines there. I haven't used my rings in about six months now at least one thing I do love and used to love as a kid was going upside down between the bars of swing sets and then get into a sort of spread eagle thing with the legs too. I don't know why it felt so good but it was fun.
There is one I like for the core...just a hang, tuck the knees up and then swivel the legs out to the sides whilst tucked. Works different angles of the shoulders and arms too.
I think your shoulder came out absolutely fine, you have near perfect tone and I didn't notice any weakness in one side over the other.
