As soon I bought rings my training became a game changer, the fact they always move gives you more accountability and good quality workouts as a consequence. If I could only advice just one thing I'd say to buy a couple of gymnastics rings!

Fantastic video. I was inspired to purchase my first set of rings, and have been practicing support holds for the last three days! I plan to use this video to build a comprehensive rings routine for myself. Perhaps a follow-up video with a workout plan/proposed sets and reps would be a useful compliment? All the best. Hi Daniel, Thanks to you, I've been using rings for about 18 mths and love them ! I'm 56 and can manage 12 good reps on ring push ups in one set...my first try I couldn't do one! Do all my workout on rings and love them!! Easy on the joints and so much harder.

Daniel, I want to thank you. I got rings and have made more gains than 7 years training like abody builder. And it is fun. I have tried to get into rings but your videos actually made it possible to start with all your knowledge on progressions and tips. I also notice i have to rest now. Before i could work out for hours and hours every day but if i spend a few hours on rings i need like 2 days of rest and food. Thanks man, this honestly got me stoked again and found a new hobby.

Rings are endgame! So good for the joints and strength. Slightly steeper integration time but so worth it.

I have purchased the Body By Rings awhile ago and this video is exactly what I need to slowly getting back to it after my first failed attempt. I just wish that instead of just short clips of each excercise video which are great, I would also like to at least get a full video, one for push routine and one for pull routine for beginners.
