Just started ring workouts. After 3 session I already felt improvement while simply hanging to a straight bar, my core is stronger, I move less and the grip is insane.

Do you have a video that shows how you built your calisthenics setup? If I wanted to recreate an at home gym, id like to know the brands and equipment and room size necessary to do these activities. I know how to workout with what I have, but I'd like to invest into a dedicated setup

💯 Been using rings for about 6 months now and has been epic on so many levels. I used to injure my shoulders a lot with weight lifting but since using rings my shoulders have become bulletproof.

That declined ring chest fly you did in other video are so effective in my upper chest. Way better than declined pushups.
