Saiyans are strong, but he also kind of got to take them to their culture. They had a caste system, so they were probably only a handful who were actually fighters and half of them were old and they were probably only training the elite because they had the most expectation for them, so that leaves in absurd amount of population but doesn’t really know how to fight properly which means there’s no dramatic progression because there’s no prodigies maybe once in a while there’s one born but there’s definitely not gonna be any massive ones like Vegeta or Goku who had the advantage of training doing other things, Vegeta was basically a mercenary and freeza army for a while so eradicating plan is to sell you’re gonna have to fight some type of different warriors which will give you a different perspective on fighting and Goku was straight up just battling anyone who was willing to fight him and he trade with anyone who is willing to teach him

If let's say the saiyan pop is 500 mil to 1 bil at lest a mil or 5 mil know ozaru so with the avg power of 1 to 3k they could gt him lacking

Here's the thing. In the grand scheme of thing Yamcha after King Kais training was stronger than 99 percent of the entire Saiyan Race when Frieza killed them.

Saiyans aren't strong. Our guys just have plot powering them up
