How to Restore or Reset Default Windows Defender Firewall Settings

Hello, i am having issues with my Windows Defender and i CANT restore/reset it to default !

It says "Windows Defender cant change some of your setting, error code 0x80070422"

Can you please help me solve this, thanks ;)

virus created guest account that control this and i don't know what i can do. I tried regedit and gpedit.msc but no luck

on page Fire & network protection...who and what can access your networks...i still have.... microsoft defender firewall is using settings that may make your device unsafe with a red cross

after i do this will my apps ask me to udate the setting again or will i have to do it manually

I wonder why Google Chrome always enables "Public" in Windows 10 firewall settings - AFTER Chrome is updated. When you reset firewall settings, Chrome (and now, the new Edge) always ask permission to go through the firewall (offering private as a default). But when Chrome is updated, and you look at the firewall settings after you reboot, the "Public" box is checked in firewall settings for "Google Chrome". It's changing preferences on its own; so much for "don't be evil"

Tx....BUT if there's been a domain involved and make other defaults wich i don't know, like a man in the middle attack, maybe restoring default, is restoring that MiTM "default" if this makes any sense..?? so the default from Windows 11...should be? thanks in advance. :)
