Dear friend... Muta' or temporary marriage was prohibite during the time of the second caliph Umar Ibn Khattab... not during the time of the Prophet... Secondly, abandoning the minor aspects of the religion does not mean leaving the religion ... You may not pray but be a Muslim... You may commit a sin but be a Muslim...
