This definitely helped. I did get fear of exercise knowing I was experiencing heart palpitations but the fact that I got through the exercise helps me understand I am okay . When ever I’m having the palpitations even without exercise .

exposure to people when you have social phobia is a torture and traumatic.
we attended kid birthday party with relatives. i was with my husband and elder sister. but days before that, i was already worrying: what to say to them? how to facial expression to them? i don't want to play parlor games. and when i thought of that, i feel exhausted. but the thoughts were uncontrollable. during the event, i really don't know where to go. and when we find our seats, i did not stand anymore, i just stand when it was time to eat. and after eating, i am afraid to go to the comfort room because what if i bump someone there? what i gonna tell them? what i'm gonna do?. when we got home, i felt so exhausted like i worked all day at factory.
it is always like that. everytime i expose my self, i am not happy about it.
