Yes, sometimes choosing happiness is more difficult than it was yet the choice is still ours to shift our emotional stance to happiness and respond to life from that stance.

Imagine the possibilities & opportunities, like in Rob's story about his wife, that only now are noticeable from this open & unconditional stance of happiness.
