For nails, I get a manicure once a month and do press on’s. Amazon has nice press on’s. I was tired of spending $75 and up on fills and the nails are lifting a few days later. I still get pedicures, lashes, and eyebrows waxed, but that’s about it. I’m not steady much with water and the vitamins, but need to be. Great tips by the way! ❤
