My son is 6 and he’s autistic, he sleeps every night to this particular video and sound. He grew up on the coast, by the ocean and we moved away 2 and half years ago. He found this video all on his own and it’s his favorite video to sleep. Every night I asked him to put on sleep sounds and he puts on this video. Thank you for this. ♥️

hey! stop and read this! your okay. there is nothing to be worried or scared about. trust me im going through the same thing you are. its 2 in the morning and i took a shower and i came back in bed feeling much better and relaxed. although i may be very tired and weak writing this but it helps get my mind off of what im thinking about. your strong and capable!! and whatever you’re going through is the same thing im going through. i have very bad anxiety and im only 11. it started when i was 8. its not gonna go away. its your thoughts. you have to learn how to control it. take deep breaths and know in your mind that everything is okay! your stronger than this!! show your problems who is boss!! you got this!!

Too people reading this - Please know that what ever you have going on related to work, business or even struggles with anything does not matter right now, the only thing that does is you and you relaxing. Please take 3 big deep breathes and just listen to the smooth calm and relaxing waves 🌊 crash going up the shore. You are very important and I want you to know that, you come first and trust anything you are going through that is very worrisome or high anxiety, just forget about it and trust me that it will be fine 100%. You have to remember everything is suppose to happen for a reason and you can’t let yourself forget that. That is one of the best lines of advice I have been given, everything is meant to be. I recently found God in my life.. After years of bad experiences.. Alcohol and substance abuse, finally I am free and I feel the lord in my life every day.

It gets tough every now and then but now I know I am not alone.

Please.. Never give up. No matter how hard life gets, there is always a silver lining and the sun will come out tomorrow.
