Coconut is far more healthier, it is a no brainer if you have a good understanding of oxidative stress, metabolism of oil and the human body. The Cambridge University randomised trial on human subjects has revealed coconut oil to be healthier than olive oil and butter. You will go round in circle or even mixing them up if you have not done any basic research.
