3 NEW Criminal Laws 🔥🔈

The Good:
✅ More gender-neutral laws
✅ Specific provision for sexual intercourse on the pretext of a false promise of marriage.
✅ Punishment for Mob-Lynching can be up to 7 years or by death penalty in new provisions.
✅ Death penalty as the maximum punishment for the gang rape of a minor.

Not so good:
❌ The new laws can cause a language problem as India is a diverse nation with many languages
❌ Complete overhaul of Laws can cause inconvenience to people who are practising law for a long time
❌ Infrastructure is not ready for the propose changes including forensics department

These changes can be done by ammendment but introducing the whole set of new laws is not welcome, (the hindu editorial) which i agree with. And also the giving hindi symbolic name is seriously illogical and didn't make sense when there is already translated names used in courts of different regions.
It's just excuse that britishers made laws for their benefits if it were so i I Don't think the Constitution assembly didn't noticed it and leave it as it is. I do believe we need reforms but not full renew rebrand rename.
