I watched Cash since he was working at Walmart and I remember his hours was crazy. Funny thing is I knew he would say Walmart was the worse job he worked for.

I know quite a few people who worked for Walmart in different states and pretty much everyone says the same EXACT thing. They hate it. Its truly disturbing to hear the stories about what goes on within that company and they get away with treating people like shit smh.

I worked at a Walmart for 6 years they even offered me a supervisor position a few times but I didn’t want the extra headache just for my pay to go up a couple of dollars the people that work there are definitely underpaid while managers will cut hours just to get a bonus 🤦🏿‍♂️

Same at planet fitness my gf works 12-14 hour days. 6 days a week. She is a manager. No paid time off. Always checking cameras and employees calling her. It’s crazy.

Most Walmarts are modern day slavery. The first one I worked at in 19-20 was terrible, went to a 2nd one and it was cool.

See the wal mart I worked at, the salaried managers had a task to do but made the hourly associates do their tasks for them. The would just walk around and talk while the hourly associates did their woe for them.

I tried telling my mother years ago when her job wanted to switch her and a few others over to salary. They made it sound good by giving her 5k more a year. What she didn't listen to was exactly what he described. Once you go salary they basically own you!

Yep I was a 3rd shift stocker and the coaches always stayed later than me, and ik a lady that has worked there for 20 years and is still making less than the new hires it’s dumb asf and they don’t allow OT I got a job at a warehouse that pays me $3 less than what I was making at Walmart and I get treated better and I get OT they love it when we work more

fax worked as a department manager assistant we lost our department manager and i was doing the responsibilities without the title or pay for 2 weeks they then hired a replacement a week after that so ofc my ass never showed when i found out
