Dr. Joel Fuhrman recommends your breakfast should be a light meal. Maybe a berry bowl or an apple pie oatmeal — that's what breakfast looks like on a Nutritarian diet. And that's right. Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day. And you can skip it should you need to according to your weight loss program.

But there's a little caveat on that choice.

So, here's Dr. Fuhrman's advice on how to lose weight on a two-meal-a-day diet.

two meals per day for me too. Around 1, 000 calories each and I am good. Even if I get up early and have a long day I still can't even stomach the thought of a third meal.

Back to the EPA/DHA topic?!?
Dr. Fuhrman: Would you please be willing to address the study that Mr. Nelson is quoting from in his video released a couple of days ago regarding the amount of supplementation required to change DHA levels in the brain? Thanks very much if you are willing to review this new information for us and provide some clarity on any implications that may be suggested here.

Could you please provide any reference which would indicate that consumption fatty fish like salmon in amount of 3.5 ounces per meal, 2-ce a week has negative impact on cardiovascular health . All studies show only positive effect. Same for egg whites…Then why consuming low calories, low cholesterol animal protein is presented as having inflammatory effect? Lean meat like animal heart is rich in antioxidants (CoQ10, ..) so why is it exclude$ from the balanced diet proposal?
