I can fast much longer if I skip breakfast and lunch and only eat dinner. If I eat early in the day, then I end up fasting less hours and eating more food throughout the day.

On IF for a year. I feel so low when I have breakfast. I noticed i function amazingly well without breakfast or lunch.

By the time I’m finished my morning exercises (which probably bring down the morning glucose spike), morning prayers, washed the supper dishes, it’s already lunchtime.

Whether breakfast or dinner, the point here is "intermittent fasting". All you need to do is shorten the feasting time to about 4 to 6 hours a day, then you will be fine.

...I cannot skip Breakfast, because I know my body needs Protein when I am up and about. i get shaky and feel nauseous. .I have low blood pressure and Hypoglycemia, so skipping Breakfast did not ever work for me. I do I.F. a few times a week, I skip lunch and have a light supper.
I did not ever understand the thing about skipping Breakfast, because your body has been fasting all night.
