I can't eat breakfast, I get sick when I do. I've been that way since I was a kid, and tried to force myself to eat breakfast for years. Now that I don't worry about eating until afternoon or evening (whenever I feel hunger) I feel less stress from the reduced obligation.

If what u eat bloats u with severe IBD then defo for me the odd day years ago I used2not eat til lunch and I'd have so much energy and I'd go out and get loads done! But I'm a specific case of severe food intolerances! I have since found some foods that suit me in morning- oats, eggs, bacon(yes!!) and avocado and rye sourdough bread! By the way I always drank water and coffee on those days I did not eat in morn !!
