Although I got rid of sugars in the house a couple of years ago and thinking fruit juices were healthy it’s really not, as some fruits are sweeter than others so not having fruit juices anymore I feel much better, just eating the fruit is a better option receiving a much better fibre.

😃😃😊😇 thank you for saving my life. Now I try to eat healthy and my body feel light and debloated and more strength energy now and stay slimer now a days. Many times potato chips and junk foods still appear in my appetite, I am remind myself of healthy like you say

Had high BP when living in the UK, but now also a lot better living in a much warmer climate, which also increases vasal dilation. So, I guess a combo of both will also help further.
