½ cup (50g) blanched almond flour
½ cup (100g) chopped fresh strawberries

•Strawberry Glaze• (optional)
⅓ cup (70g) chopped fresh strawberries
1 ounce (30g) softened cream cheese
¼ cup (50g) powdered erythritol

Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Thank you for new recipe! I think it is good to make macaroons at same time with butter cookies, since cookies required 3 egg yolks and this recipe requires 3 egg whites.

Wow, another delicious recipe! I usually don’t buy fresh strawberries because I can’t eat them fast enough. It turns out that with a box of strawberries I could make this and the strawberry loaf cake. Both turned out delicious. I added white chocolate chips to these, as someone suggested, and they are just amazing. Thank you for these amazing recipes.

I will be making these this weekend! I may try with blackberries. (My favorite berry) I can also imagine using your lil cream addition using different berries for a lot of other things.
