This is the first video I've ever watched from your channel. Wow, how motivational 😊!!
For me, i got excited about going to the gym after i purchased the most expensive pair of tennis shoes I've ever bought before, along with 2 new yoga-style outfits that were a size smaller than i needed.
I wouldn't allow myself to wear my new sneakers until i could fit into my new gym clothes. ❤
= 1 Month later, i was wearing both to the gym, and loving my gym experiences. 😊

I read Atomic Habits earlier this year and definitely recommend it. Really puts things in to perspective when you look at your habits and realize by every habit or action you take, you are casting a vote to be that type of person. ie, skipping going to the gym, you are casting a vote in favor of being the type of person who doesn't work out, and vice versa. You just have to have more wins than losses.

I also just finished reading Miracle Morning, which I saw in one of your other videos. Another great read, thanks for recommending it!

This Channel speaks to me, especially on a personal finance level. I bought several of robert kiyosakis books, and a few others. about halfway through them. One thing I learned to become financially free is, buy assets not liabilities!

Hi Gabe! This is my favorite video to date of yours!! Thank you so much for breaking this down into bite size pieces. I start my new job tomorrow and the bulk of each week I'll be working from home for the first time ever. I think this would be a good time for me to start this process you shared!! I want to increase my water intake and movement... so I'm going to give this some thought and institute it tomorrow!!
