What you need:
-Timer

**The Motion(s):**
20-1 Burpee Ladder – For Time
-20 x Burpees
-Jog to the opposite side of the room
-19 x Burpees
-Continue the countdown until you finish with 1


210 total Burpees in less than 30 Mins....And Whole lot of Sweat

I'm gonna give this one a try tomorrow. This looks like an intense routine and I love burpees so I'm always ready for a new burpee challenge I'll let you know how it goes!!!
