I ruined the quest line because I got too close to Shadow Keep the worst quest ever latterly with so many key items to the game

So you have to break the great rune to go after forager brood number 6 then I take it? Nobody seems to include that little tidbit after watching like 5 videos on these forager brood.

I did the shadow keep seal accidentally before I could get to any of the foragers so I guess I gotta go ko!! one of them to get his stuff🙄

Instead of running back from the grace a second time you can log out an back in to "reset" the #4 brood by the way

Before meeting him in front of Belurat, I attacked and killed a pest or as Philly calls it "Forager Brood #4" in the field by a church and then got invaded by Moore. oops. I later picked up his bell bearing at the main gate cross.What would I do differently on a second ploy through? Not miss pretty much all the NPC quest.

Some of these are bs. I already ruined the forager line. I killed the first one I saw knowing how much those missiles do tons of damage, so now, Moore won’t give me acknowledgement for helping the one with the warming stone. I had no idea they were friendly. Such bs to not put them where it’s obvious they’re not an enemy.

Terrible game design imo. They should have had these npcs questlines not attached to Miquella's charm breaking, but just the damn tree burning.

I got 1 and 6 for the cook books, told him to put it behind him, then murdered him. Then learnt that his death despawns ALL the gathering brood. So, yeah. New playthrough in works.
Side note, Thollier's "secret" shop item us funny af to me. I will have people invade into my world, do my buff rotation and then drink it. Gets funny comments from people

I chose the be sad forever option to get his gear early and make the fight with Leda a bit easier

I got it all (except his armor) without a guide!! But I picked "put it behind you" and just beat Messmer so trying to figure out where he invades me

Wait a minute... getting to Church District Highroad on a way to Forager Brood Cookbook 6 should trigger "somewhere a great rune has broken" event. Explanation where, question mark ???

Well I buggered my questline. I didn't get any of the cookbooks. Well, guess it's new game + time.

Actually I got the items spirit branch and spirit raisin even though I got close to the shadow keep and broke the ruin. You just have to finish the 4th brood quest. Then go to Moore and say sad forever. After you go through the dialogues you get the items. Hope this helps anyone

I chose the option 'Remain Sad Forever', however when I got his armor set, and was about to equip it, only the Helmet and body armor is in my inventory. The gauntlets and greaves aren't there... Do you know what happened?

After i broke the seal i did the first warming stone and then i told Moore to stay sad. I talked again with him and he still gave me the 7 th book and the syrup.
