thanks again for these fcpx videos, is this how you made your 15 sec clip for your "Final Cut Pro to Instagram story" video? or was that a more involved edit-down process? just curious.

Hello, how to export a range which doesn't contains any clip inside ?

Hi Dion, great video but I can't export a range from my project. The clip is from an expanded synchronised clip in the timeline but the Share menu option under File is greyed-out, as is the Share button top right of the FCP window. I selected the range to export using the Range tool, but no go on sharing. What am I missing?
