I've come from a restrictive past and have now been vegan for nearly 2 months. I'm eating healthy food regularly, but I'm still struggling with portions and have been having all of the symptoms that you mentioned in this video :( Any tips on how to figure out how much I need to eat without worrying about counting calories?

I had an eating disorder and I'm still a little bit underweight... I eat around 2000 calories (most times over 2000) but I feel like I don't have energy to do workouts... What could be the problem? Thanks xxx

Hello! I've been a hclf vegan for about a year now, as a result of overcoming a eating disorder. However the last 2 months I started tracking my calories again, to about 1400 calories a day. I didn't do this to get underweight again, but just so my weight would stop increasing. I'm now on a stabile weight were my body isn't gaining weight or losing, and it's still considered a healthy weight for my height. I'm 1.60 meters and 50 kg. BUT the main problem is that I don't have any energy for exercise, I'm tired all the time, even if I sleep 10 hours. I've tried increasing my calories for 3 days, but I didn't get more energy. What can I do to get more energy for training? I want to have a toned body, and be active.

i dont have any of these things except loss of period does it mean im not eating enough? I'm at a healthy weight for my bodybut still have no period
