Mindfulness was a focus this quarter, so I' m grateful to participate in Mindful Movement Experiment to finish strong. Meditation is the lighthouse (leuchtturm) for mental health. Adding a reflection to the weekly review has been great too.

If we learn to meditate the right way we can all reach enlightenment (being enlightened to our thoughts)
