Ingredients:
Oil ¼ cup
Lamb meat 500 g
Lamb tail fat 200 g
Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium sliced
Gajar (Carrots) sliced 2 medium
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
Kali mirch pisi Hui (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
Garlic 1 whole
Water 2 cup required
Rice 2 cups washed & socked for 30 minutes
Directions:
In a pan heat oil, cook the lamb meat for 12-15 minutes.
Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water, salt, black pepper, mix all well.
Place whole garlic in the center, cover with the lid. Let it cook until the meat gets tender.
Add carrots and mix well.
Add cumin seeds and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add soaked rice, water, cover with the lid and cook on low flame until rice gets tender. Serve hot.
