So basically, two women who are friends, Lindsay and Jenny, go to Germany as tourists and want to go to a night club, but, because all horror movie characters have a brain the size of a walnut, they get lost in the forest. They wander a bit until they find a house, they knock on windows and doors until Dr. Heiter responds and tells them to come in. They tell him to call a car repairer and to give them a cup of water. While he pretends to talk to a phone, he puts a pill in each of their cups of water. Jenny (I think) drinks the whole cup, while Lindsay drops the cup, Jenny gets dizzy and tired and goes unconscious, Lindsay, on the other hand doesn't go fully unconscious, but is very dizzy and tired, so the Dr. injects something in her neck. They wake up each in a bed, and in the third bed is a man, I don't know who he is. The Dr. injects something in his infusion tube that kills him. He buries him then he comes home with an unconscious Japanese man and carries in the bed where the man was, the Japanese guy's name is Katsuro. After he carries him to the bed, he then tells them about the Human Centipede surgery. Lindsay escapes for a bit and tries to carry Jenny with her, but Heiter tranquilizes her (Jenny was unconscious, again). After that, he performs the surgery, he then gets visited by two police men and he tries to poison them too, but he fails (somehow they drop it) and tries to inject them to become unconscious, he brings the syringe in a towel, a police man knocks the towel down, revealing the syringe, Heiter says "Insulin, I have diabetes..." and then leaves them alone to check on the Human Centipede, (I forgot to mention, Katsuro is in front, Lindsay the middle, Jenny the back) but Katsuro grabs a knife, stabs Heiter in the foot and leg and then bites some of Heiter's neck skin off. They attempt to run away from Heiter and going into a room, then Heiter stabs Katsuro and then he said that he neglected his family and he deserves what he got, then cuts his throat with a shard of glass. Heiter waits in his pool room for a police man, he shoots him, and the police guy falls into the pool, the second guy comes in, finding the first guy dead, then Heiter shoots him around the intestines while the police guy shoots Heiter in the head, killing him. And Jenny dies of sepsis. Lindsay is trapped, crying and mourning her friend's death.
