A Crazy Surgeon Decided To Make Three People Into One

Dr. Heiter sits in his car at the side of a deserted offshoot of the highway. He examines a photograph that shows three dogs standing behind each other. Each one seems to have its face glued to the back of the previous one. The doctor admires this peculiar chain of dogs until he is distracted by a cargo parked right behind him.

Correcttions:

Heiter was crying at the beginning, not simply admiring the pictures.
Those arent sleeping pills in the water, its a rape drug.
It was a sedation reifle, not one with sleeping pills.
Heiter didnt do it because he was bored, he had a dream about it (the original plan of the 3rd movie)
You missed two whole scenes, one involving the pool and a horse whip, and the other being Katsuro giving a speech.
