My older cousin watched grotesque while I was in the room, it was so bad even when I wasn’t paying attention, like I was crying so hard when I left that room, it was horrific. His Poot girlfriend had the same reaction but a bit worse bc she was watching the movie with him.

#2 actually happens to a lot of pregnant women. Most happen like this:
A pregnant mother befriends another woman -- this new friend claiming too also be pregnant, but actually isn't -- then the new friend will murder the pregnant mother and steal her baby. I can only recall 1 case where the mother survived being kidnapped and stabbed over the course of 3 days by another woman, out of nearly 30 cases I'm aware of.

When I was a little girl my dad loved horror movies and I wanted so badly to watch them with him at a very young age. So I grew up in an environment where it was OK for a six years old to watch (gore) horror movies like "Saw" for example.

And I remembered to have seen Grotesque (I was something like 10years old) but not the whole of it. My dad stopped it after several minutes cause he was himself disgusted by it and did not want his little girl to see this.

It's been years since I've "watched" Grotesque but I remembered everything that I saw. I didn't know the name of the movie and sometimes I still have some pictures of it in my mind.

I'm happy my dad and I stopped watching horror movies and that we got rid of them. Really guys, you should not feed your mind with that kind of disgusting stuff, even when you are a grown up...

Idk if it's just me, but I genuinely think that japanese producers never fail to make the most disturbing shit

One of the most disturbing movie i ever watched is Happiness. No murders, no killing, no gore (except for that dream thing) . It just puts you into perspective so well, you can barely watch it.

I was really hoping Tusk would be on the first because in my opinion it was just very gruesome and what the man did (Not only turn the guy to a deal but uh.. doing some adult theme stuff) was just heavily disturbing and the ending was sad

I’ve seen the first two, both were pretty good actually. Audition doesn’t even get disturbing until the final act which makes the more visceral moments a lot more effective. And Inside is easily one of the bloodiest/goriest films I’ve ever seen with a very haunting final act.
