Overview:Rather plays a cantankerous warden who oversees a state prison that ranks first in the country in terms of inmate riots, medical expenses and guard transfers. More critically, he believes that the inmates and the governor (played by Roberts) do not give him the respect he deserves. He has tried many punitive measures, but still can not make these prisoners behave, the governor also gave him an ultimatum: either to control the prisoners, or close the prison. In his right-hand man Dwight (played by Lawrence), he came up with a very "creative" idea, so that you can manage the prisoners, but also save millions of dollars, and this idea is from the "Human Centipede" movie!

This movie is intense. The fact that they tried to play it out like a really sick comedy was honestly worse than a straight forward horror. A very odd ending to the franchise.
