Had a teacher in highschool who was originally from Nigeria and he honestly opened my eyes to arranged marriages. In a non arranged marriage people learn to love before learning to live with each other but with an arranged marriage you have to learn to live with each other before learning to love that person and that just makes that bond much stronger. That’s why arranged marriages have a much less divorce rate
