At 38 years old, I was overweight and out of shape. I had never competed in anything in my life. But after watching the Crossfit Games on TV, I was inspired to try it out. A few years later, I'm now a 2x Crossfit Games Champion! In this video, I share my tips for anyone looking to compete in crossfit – no matter what your age!
