The problem is that I have team mates with TOO MUCH confidence. They will run at the killer, flash light click, tea bag, emote “follow”, die in 5 seconds, and then DC.

As someone who just started playing, check spots are really important and have helped me improve a lot

What I did to fix that is bringing in object of obsession(when it was good) and my entire goal was to make the killer see me, see the killer and try to be chased for the entire game with no goal of escaping, it helps tons when I play seriously and want the killer to leave me mid chase i usualy can make it happen, and if they don’t they now waist too much time chasing me so my teammates (if they arnt throwing) do at least 2-3 gens by the time I get hooked

I'm actually okay with playing scared, for the sake of the fact its a horror game. I want the killer to feel like a killer and for i to feel like im narrowly surviving instead of making the killer question why he even plays the game while i brush his teeth with pallets

I didn’t have any hooks one game and my team mates all were on their last hook, bro I got the killers attention and looped him for a few minutes, he finally got me and hooked me right when they finished the last gen. THEY OPENED THE GATE AND LEFT ME

That's saying my teamates actually do something. Anytime I'm in a chanse no one is on gens the entire time

Yesterday I got fresh hooked and while the killer caused a survivor, the other two people just left me on hook and I got to second stage, keep in mind they weren’t even doing gens so there was NO REASON FOR THAT. Solo queue in a nutshell

Me and my duo got flamed by a streamer for “leaving him” when we were both dead hooked and the killer was in the gate watching us leave. The most insane part is my buddy was running dead hard and taking hits all game, dude just wanted a clip so he took the hit and expected us to trade for him

I am playing Solo Queue Survivor and I try to waste as much time as possible and try to run the opposite way of where the other Survivors/Gens/Hooked Survivors are etc. I also use Kindred, it helps quite a lot for myself and others.

Another tip, don’t flashlight the killer after pallet stunning they will hunt you down relentlessly
