I am so grateful that you are filming every day! You are the person I followed when I started my vegan journey 4 years ago. I've reversed my diabetes, my cholesterol is excellent now and with the last colonoscopy, my intestinal tract has healed to the point of almost no scarring left! I still have a problem with processed sweets (tootsie pop addiction and the occasional piece of cake) and know I feel so much better without them completely, so now I've gone completely clean. THANK YOU HANNAH for the inspiration and daily support! I feel the same way a lot of your followers do, that you are my friend, so glad you're here! 😍

I am the exact same way with food. I get obsessed with a recipe and will eat it for months. My body will tell me if I am missing something because I'll start to crave something crazy like broccoli. :-) I love watching your vlogs and never find them boring. I am the only vegan I know and I look forward to watching my vegan "friends" on YouTube. It makes me happy that I am not alone and not crazy for caring about animals and making my choices based on that.

15 years young, 15 years vegan. High carb is the way to go. You inspire me every day. Unfortunately I don't have many female role models in my life, so thank you for giving me the opportunity to look up to someone. those leaves!! omg you can marinate them with some sort of marinade... (i should know this...) and then you keep it in your fridge and you eat each leaf with a little ball of rice. so goot.

Hi Hannah. I hope you see this msg. The perilla leaves (들깨잎) have too strong of a flavor to eat with just rice and red pepper paste. You need a lettuce leaf for each wrap. That's how we eat it in Korea. Also if you like the flavor you can cut it in half and add it in sushi. In Korea we put it in Tuna Kimbab. Since you don't eat fish, you can try to make a vegan version. Good luck.

sesame leaves are really good and my family usually eats them with bbq. i recommend stacking one with lettuce and putting rice, gochujang, and some type of grilled veggie like onions!! they grow pretty abundantly too lol

I really appreciate that you take the time to vlog what you eat even if it's the same thing because it's a good example of consistency. I always notice that when I'm super consistent with what I eat I feel better, have more energy, and am more regular lol
