Do Foreigners in Taiwan Speak Mandarin Chinese ? There are more and more foreigners living in Taiwan. I wonder if they can speak Mandarin in Taiwan? Or do they mostly use English? I hope this video can inspire you.

it would've been good to know which country each guest came from, although you can kind of tell from their accent when they drop some english words. first chick: french. second chick: english. third chick: australia. dude: USA. last chick: introduced herself as from germany.

It would be difficult for them to live there if they did not speak in Mandarin. Also it would help integrate them into the culture and shows respect for the culture

Actually the last one with green hair is not bad for only a year of learning mandarin. I give her 2 years and she will be very fluent. Practice make perfect. Overall the other girls and guys are quite good. For me if anyone want to learn mandarin, Taiwan is the right place.
