As someone with PCOS who had been on birth control pills for nearly 10 years to regulate my period, this is what has helped me.

I went vegan 6 years ago and began intermittent fasting maybe close to a year ago. Being vegan helped me drop a great amount of weight over the years, but it wasn't enough to regulate my periods on their own. I started intermittent fasting and dropped even more weight through eating one hefty meal a day (with snacks sprinkled in on the days that my body is really wanting the extra food), and since December of 2022, I am completely off birth control, and my periods have regulated completely. I'm 80 pounds down in total, I feel amazing, and I look the best I ever have!

I love your shorts. They are quick snippets of what I need to hear to stay on track.

I am just entering my peri menopausal stage and my body is going hay wire 😢. I know I have to fast 20 hours a day to heal myself. I’ve been consistent for 1 month now and I am going to tell you and the world when I have made it on the side of this.
