OOLS - Online Optom Learning Series - Session 13 (13th April 2020)

Here we bring you the 13th session of our online learning series which was live on 13th April 2020 at 11:00am IST.

We would like to thank Optom. Ranukka Singham for this wonderful session on what consumers notice when they enter an optical setup. In this increasing competition, we as practitioners need to be very clear of the services we can provide and should be up to date on the systems.

Also, our speaker shared some amazing data form her research done on the Malaysian consumers on what they expect from their optical outlets.
