Is there a real difference between a Customer Journey Map and a Service Blueprint? Yes, there is!

It seems as if the terms #ServiceBlueprint and #CustomerJourneyMap are used interchangeably in a lot of situations. Sometimes it even just depends on the country you're in and which term is more popular there. But there is a real difference between the two.

Enjoyed. Found that enterprises consume journey maps readily at kickoff of a migration to a new product release. Smbs do not. Their much more a fit for user persona, then user flow and wireframe from there.
Agree also with you that many requests are made for this journey map but most requestors may not consider how the map can be actualized. This stuff costs development dollars and budget and time. Many like the vibe but do not consider the sweat of the dance
