Another finals week hack: record yourself speaking your notes then playback when on the treadmill. I would hit the gym twice a day because of all the sitting/studying. You're still studying, but also exercising and reducing stress. 🤞🏾

I have to say, one of my biggest struggles when studying is trying to stay productive but then getting distracting, or even finding that my teacher has given me bonus work for midterms, and I don't donut, but everyone else does. So honestly, props to you.

This is why people like her go to Harvard. She woke up, recorded herself, made herself launch and dinner, ran to the store, went to the library to study, and then had time to make 2 video calls?! I lock myself in my room and only eat and take a shower.😂
Though, to be fair, and despite the humor, I appreciate this video, clearly pressuring myself is not doing me any favor. I tried this semester to manage my time better, and I will continue to do so until hopefully I can be like her!
