Great video, Ryne, especially for our times right now when we are literally at heights of highs we never thought we would hit... It is all about the discounted opportunities!

A ton of information packed into this video! The formula you present is one that is easy to understand, and anyone can do. Starbucks is my highest at the moment, adj fcf yield of 4.29%, absolutely adding at current prices too. Hope all is well man!!

This is an interesting one Ryne. I will pay more attention to this metric in the future. Makes a lot of sense and thanks for breaking it down so easy to digest and providing directions on how to look it up!

I would like to see a video about dividend ETF’s (I know a lot of the main focus for most of us dividend investors is on SCHD atm) but like a 3 ETF dividend portfolio would be really unique

That’s funny your 3.36 FCF Yield for Costco was 464 which is my cost basis! Guess I’m pretty lucky!

I couldn't find the FFO Yeild (TTM) for Allied Properties, so I totaled the FFO for each of the last four quarters and divided by the current share price, giving 14.2%. Did I do the math right? The share price being in the dirt makes the ratio look high.

Great video, and very great information, but but but, nvidia as an example didnt have a yield above 3-4 in the last 5 years and the same story applie to apple and a lot of other companies and we all know what happens.A better solution is to compare the yiel with the history and other similar companies + peg Ratio
I enjoy your work man❤

Thanks Ryne! Learned something new this morning. Is there a way to do the same for an ETF's valuation, like SCHD? Not sure if something like that exists for an ETF or even if that is something that one would consider when researching an ETF. Maybe Professor G knows?

Thanks Ryne for the excellent video. I just couldn't understand how you figure out the FCF/share value...

This is a great video, but you totally lost me with the formula. I feel like I'm missing a step. Can anyone explain that to me?
