Easiest Way to FIND a Hole in an Air Mattress

Easiest video example. I talk about the different methods, but use the soapy water method, which I've found to be the best way to find a hole, to show you the problem in my air mattress.

Wow man. Thanks for the tip! I had an air mattress (my favorite one) that had a hole and had been sitting in my garage for 2 years since I kept procrastinating. Finding holes were always a chore. This was super easy. Found the hole in and checked the rest of the mattress in less than 5 minutes. Thank you!!

from an old tire repair guy you'll see bubbles that aren't the leak. look for the bubbles that are moving in one area. I used soapy water on tires also

We have the same mattrass... I also believe this is the best method to find air leaks (soap water) .. I had already checked the sides and under the bottom before coming across ur video because i really feared the worst - it being on top on the soft side... to no avail.. I went to check the top side and without even having to soap it up. My hole was quite visible in 1 of the grooves as you rightfully pointed out the possibility and frequency of there being a weak point. Thanks for your video!

Yo lifesaver! This can also be an excuse to soak your air matress with soap and then putting it out to dry out of the sun after fixing it, clever thank you so much for this

Thank you! In the process of moving and using mine just like this. Woke up in a half deflated mattress. It was like I was in a giant burrito unable to escape. I was laughing hysterically at myself while my poor little dog was trying to climb her way out of the plastic mattress mountain at my feet. 😂😂😂
