Definitely looked good! I would scramble them in bowl and add a little milk; butter or little oil in pan first. Yummm 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

That omelette looked really good. I think there is a special scissors for opening quail eggs. If you’re curious to compare volumes of quail and chicken eggs, here’s how. Fill a clear jar half full of water. Mark the water level on the jar. Place a chicken egg (in shell) in the jar and mark the higher level. Remove the chicken egg and make sure the water is at the original mark. Now add quail eggs until you reach the higher mark. You can do the same with duck and turkey eggs. Record and post for those of us who are curious!

Maybe you should have put a little butter in your skillet. Maybe even 8 or 9 more eggs. It looks amazing. Ain't it great to have all the ingredients you need right in the back yard? You're doing great on the videos Jared! keep em coming!

I knew they would be a "winner" for you! And definitely, you have to try some pickled. Perfect yellow to white ratio and perfect size for popping in whole. The yolks were made to be pickled, smooth as butter. As long as you include a little heat, garlic and celery seeds, any egg pickling recipe will be just fine. They are fabulous. Thank you for sharing and God bless.

If you want, try cooking them on medium heat with a splash of milk whisked in before adding them to the pan. The lower heat and milk allows them to fluff a bit more.
