I believe affirmation is about focus. It keeps your focus on the achievement you desire. Affirmation only works if you can ALREADY do what is needed to achieve.

Right on! She conveys the sweet spot between lying to yourself and giving up. We all grow incrementally by building on small successes. That is why it is called growth. Confidence and success come from slow growth, not magical incantations.

We can spend so much time in mindless presence that we sometimes don’t ourselves justice. Every little bit of wisdom from everyone you interview makes some level of improvement to everyone who watches. If it doesn’t, then they are not listening. I do believe that what this lovely Lady talks about, with body language is the actual foundations for your total persona, some people these adjustments will come with ease but sometimes they just won’t work at all. We are not all made the same. It just depends if you know how to use the tools you’ve acquired in your tool box 🤷🏽‍♀️🙏🏽

You actually can create your life and change any personality trait you think you have. Sometimes could be counter productive but please don't get trapped thinking you are a morning person, shy, etc. Some stuff demands lots of conscious work but you can change whatever. Even the food you like / dislike if you chose so. Again, not saying everything is worth changing, we all have different cards to play and sometimes it's good to focus on strength. Just that experts who says you cannot change certain traits are just wrong. Love her advices so much, just not this one. Around 6m she says 'how'. Yoga, real yoga with a guru can do it for you. Medicine work or just walking a magical path also work among many other things.

Just be Authentic and stop being Alternative facts. Love who you are! Look within! Take no one else’s perception of you. You are your best teacher! The future is about Truth and unconditional love starting with love for yourself. The only way to change this world for the better! Dump the ego. Stop worshipping
$$. Stop trying to keep up with the Joneses. And be happy in the moment, it’s all you have, really!

If you truly forgive others you will literally feel less negative emotion. Forgiveness is the key to living a healthy, happy, life, its for your sake not theirs. The most famous book in the world was written about it. Your walking around feeling negative emotion? forgive and then dont feel that. Which one you want? Its a choice.

Its not one where you use self-deception and warp your perception around things and play mental gymnastics lol

To change your confidence and body language, you must change your thoughts, hopes, beliefs, and desires.
First: let God's thoughts become your thoughts.
Secondly: think God's thoughts over to create and maximize your hope.
Thirdly: Hear God's thoughts time after time to change and maximize your beliefs.
Fourthly: visualize God's thoughts time after time to create and maximize your desires.
When you have done this, you will emit the confidence and body language you desire.

I usually, like your content, but this is horrible. Doing these kinds of gymnastics or changes to be “more attractive” and appear “confident” to others is so shallow. Be your authentic self, that’s what matters. We’re not all in a downward spiral. Not all of us care what other people think, and live our best lives being true to ourselves.
