Not many people explain this, but you hold the ball at an angle and release with a straight wrist making the center axis offset, and spinning the ball. Also make sure you get under the ball instead of spinning from the top, which leaves the axis of rotation in the center and doesnt actually drag the ball to the side, just makes it spin

It’s like a perfect combo of pushing straight and to the side at the same time, making it look diagonal per say

Not even lying I saw this 15 second clip and somehow hit it the first time and got a strike just like the video. Was jumping like a little kid 😂. Was never able to replicate it again.

I did that hook and then my index finger getting numb like 10 mins so I decided to use my 2 hands right now.

Muscling the downswing to compensate for early timing doesn’t look good. It also gets harder to repeat if you’re doing back to back squads.
